Screenwriter for a children's animated series (long-term project)

We are looking for a screenwriter for a long-term children's animation project with original characters and a developing plot.

Our goal is to create stories that:

• are understandable and interesting for children
• are not boring for adults
• are light, kind, and humorous
• are subtly educational (through plot, dialogues, and situations)

The project is planned as a series of short and medium episodes for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, with the potential for development into books and other formats.

Format and tasks for the screenwriter:

• scripts for episodes lasting from 60 seconds to 5 minutes
• simple, clear structure
• lively dialogues
• understandable moral or idea in each episode
• minimum of complex words, but without being primitive
• humor that works for both children and adults

Important:

• experience or understanding of the children's audience
• ability to write easily and vividly
• sense of rhythm and timing (short format)
• ability to capture attention from the first seconds
• texts should be interesting not only for children but also for parents

Budget:

To be discussed. We are considering long-term cooperation, regular scripts, and transparent conditions.

It would be a plus:

• examples of scripts or texts
• experience in children's projects, cartoons, fairy tales, educational content
• ability to adapt style to format (series, shorts, dialogues)

The project is at an early stage but has a clear vision and development plan. We are looking for a person with whom we can establish stable and clear cooperation.
