Creating content for Instagram page

We are looking for an Smm manager for a confectionery's Instagram page. 

Must reside in Ivano-Frankivsk or have the ability to occasionally visit the physical location, located in Millennium residential complex.

The work schedule is flexible; responsibilities include creating photo and video content, publishing it, and minimal skills in writing post texts would be a plus but are not mandatory. Setting up targeted advertising is not required.
