📌 1. Goal
Creation of regular, dynamic, and viral video content (Reels) for Instagram aimed at engaging the audience and increasing reach.
👩🎤 2. Role in the project
A young, charismatic girl (Reels-maker) is needed to create entertaining video content.
🎥 3. Executor's tasks
• Filming short entertaining Reels
• Reproducing trends, dance, and viral formats
• Creating light, emotional, and dynamic content
• Editing finished videos for publication
• Proposing own ideas for content
🧩 4. Interaction format
• The executor independently forms the content plan (video ideas)
• The SMM manager approves or makes edits
• A technical task (TT) is provided if necessary
• Communication in the work chat
📦 5. Work result
• Ready edited Reels videos, fully prepared for publication
• Content adapted to Instagram trends
• 10–15 videos per month (at the start), with further increase in volume
🧪 6. Test task (NOT PAID)
Create a short entertaining Reels on the topic:
“Learning the Czech language”
Requirements:
• This is NOT a lesson and NOT an educational format
• Format: humor / trends / acting presentation / life situation
• Mandatory editing (simple but dynamic)
• The video should be engaging enough to want to watch until the end
📎 Benchmark: content with viral potential (Reels)
💰 7. Payment
150 – 300 UAH per video
(depending on quality, creativity, and level of execution)
