We are a network of Service Centers for repairing technology in Prague, Czech Republic. Currently, we have 2 physical addresses in the city. We provide repair and maintenance services for mobile, computer, and office equipment:

● installation/setup of software, data recovery
● repair of all existing Apple devices
● various gadgets and accessories (smartwatches, speakers, headphones, drones, etc.)
● monitors
● printers
● other office equipment.
We work with all popular brands and sub-brands sold in the European market and in demand: Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Honor, Poco, Redmi, Epson, HP, Siemens, and so on.
Brief task description
Currently, we own several multi-page thematic projects on WordPress with a developed page structure with corresponding sections and categories of services, brands, and directions. We need to expand our projects with new websites on a similar theme as described above.
Websites
Globally, the task is to develop 4 multilingual WordPress websites, optimized for further SEO promotion from the very beginning (during their creation):
● languages - Ukrainian, Russian, Czech, English (later Slovak)
● one project will contain 4 languages, the other three will be bilingual
● each language version must be indexed by search engines
● development based on paid WordPress templates without unique design will be completely suitable
● writing or translating content will be done on our side according to the provided specifications
● logo design will also be our task
● other media content (images, etc.) - we will pay for a subscription to a photo stock.
SEO
We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist (or a small team) with strictly previous successful case studies, preferably in our niche. It is necessary for the SEO specialist (team) to fully accompany the project creation process from scratch to the moment of launch "turnkey".
That is, we see our SEO contractor in the role of a manager who will formulate tasks and requirements for other participants in the website development process at each stage:
1) niche analysis and current top competitors
2) collection and clustering of semantics
3) compiling a recommended structure of landing pages
4) forming requirements for the website as a whole, as well as for pages and sections specifically according to the market analysis conducted
5) prototyping (from an SEO perspective) future service pages with the creation of further specifications with key requirements for developers
6) compiling specifications for copywriters and approving the written material
7) other internal text, scanning the site with SEO tools, setting up sitemap.xml, markup, etc.).
8) restore pages from the web archive, set up website protection
Development
The second important requirement for us is the presence of a developer (team of developers) with whom the SEO specialist will find it convenient to interact during the project creation process. We need the SEO contractor to communicate directly with the programmers, set tasks, and control the final result. In other words, have a "comfortable" technical team (specialist) for themselves. It is not very important to us who exactly will develop the websites; what matters is that the created projects meet the current SEO requirements of search engines and are competitive in our niche.
Conditions and budgeting
We are looking for specialists who will be ready to work with us on a long-term basis. On our part, we are ready to allocate monthly budgets, discuss amounts and conditions. The nearest final goal is to create 4 SEO-optimized projects with full SEO support at all stages "turnkey".
It is important that our network of service centers has existed for over 10 years. Throughout this period, we have expanded the number of our websites. Thus, we already have a certain understanding of how our niche works, what approximate functionality our projects should contain, and how all processes are arranged. That is, the contractor team can rely on our previous commercial experience.
