I found a video on TikTok that behaves quite strangely, namely
1. When opened from a computer, it asks for the HEVC extension
2. If it is sent to Telegram, there is only sound, and no video
3. If saved to the gallery (iPhone), it does not open at all
4. At the moment of publication on TikTok, there is also only sound and no image (like in Telegram)
5. After publication, everything works perfectly, both sound and image
I am looking for someone who can tell me how such an effect can be replicated with any video. Of course, I will leave an example of such a "magical" video here
