Вийде скриптом на python який має бути запущений на вашому компі або на орендованому VPS сервері.
До прикладу.

1. До Гугл таблиці треба доступ "читати". Якщо документ без доступу хочаб на читання, то ніяк.
2. А у цьому варіанті треба бути учасником групи і тоді можливий варіант через бота.
- Безперервний доступ до історії повідомлень у групі через GAS неможливий.
- Тільки нові повідомлення, якщо бот бере участь і в нього вимкнено privacy.
- Повний парсинг тільки через повноцінного клієнта (Telethon/Pyrogram).
Варіант ще Python + Telegram API, а вже потім передавати у Гугл таблицю.
І ще декілька варіантів можливо вигадати якщо Ви є учасником групи, або у Вас є можливість додати у группу свого бота, або у Вас є access_hash потрібної групи.
