I use a component-based approach, which combined with a custom page builder on WP allows creating new blocks and sections from the admin panel using ready-made components.
For light animations, I can offer the AOS library and native animations. More complex ones can be done using GSAP.

which allow for excellent resizing of all elements and sizes (fonts, margins, etc.):
px to vw, as well as mathematical CSS functions (min, max, clamp).

I use HTML/CSS/JS technologies, SCSS + Gulp + WebpackStream.
I use a component-based approach, semantic tags are used, the layout is validated and follows BEM.
