Ваш Bitrix, как я понимаю - SAAS? В битриксе 24 телефония специально заточена под их АТС-ку. Предлагаю как вариант, другую CRM (с переносом контактов из битрикса) и с интеграцией астериска.

Можно опенсорсные. Например, я недавно внедрял в небольшую компанию (клиентов чуть более 2000) vtigerCRM + астериск. Считаю такую конфигурацию, оптимальной для компании у которой нет корпоративного стандарта в этом плане.
