I am looking for a permanent person – Social Media and Content Assistant / Personal right hand (PL/EN/UA/RU)
Hello,
I am looking for someone to permanently join my team as a virtual assistant / personal right hand.
I run projects related to social media and content. I need someone who can efficiently handle current tasks and take a significant part of the operational work off my hands.
Language Requirements
Necessary:
– very good knowledge of Polish (fluent, natural communication),
– good knowledge of English,
– knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian at a level allowing for translations and communication.
What will the work involve?
– organizational and operational assistance in projects,
– research (marketing, AI, social media),
– translations PL–UA/RU/EN,
– support in creating content for SM (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok),
– rewriting and editing content,
– publishing materials according to instructions,
– moderating groups and chats, including responding to messages,
– administrative tasks: organizing files, uploads, document updates,
– various ad-hoc tasks.
Who am I looking for?
– a well-organized, independent, responsible person,
– someone who quickly grasps new tools (Google Drive, Notion, Discord, Instagram, YouTube, Canva),
– a communicative and responsible person,
– someone who writes clearly and naturally,
– a person available regularly, preferably daily on weekdays.
Preferred Qualifications
– experience in social media, content,
– basic video editing,
– knowledge of AI tools, or the ability to learn quickly,
– experience as an assistant or VA.
Form of Cooperation
– remote work, long-term,
– possibility of a permanent monthly collaboration or hourly settlements,
– flexible number of hours, but regularity is required.
