Hello! We are just launching a new project — an online school specializing in soft skills. We need an experienced targetologist who can help us set up and launch our first advertising campaign to attract clients and generate leads.
The advertising budget is $10,000
Tasks:
1. Creation and setup of advertising campaigns:
• Development of a targeting strategy on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and other platforms.
• Setup and launch of advertising campaigns focused on lead generation.
2. Traffic arbitration:
• Experience working with traffic arbitration platforms.
• Creation and management of traffic arbitration to maximize return on investment.
3. Analysis and optimization:
• Continuous monitoring and analysis of campaign effectiveness.
• Optimization of ads and audiences to improve conversion rates.
4. Finding target audience and leads:
• Researching and identifying target audience segments.
• Developing creatives that resonate with the audience and stimulate action.
5. Reporting and case studies:
• Providing regular reports on campaign results and recommendations for further development.
• Having successful case studies in promoting online schools and courses is preferred.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a targetologist.
• Successful case studies in promoting online courses or educational projects.
• Excellent knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Experience with traffic arbitration and understanding of major platforms.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and analyze performance metrics.
• Skills in setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns with different budgets on Instagram, Google Ads, and Facebook.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
It would be a plus:
• Experience working with international markets.
• Knowledge and experience with other advertising platforms (TikTok Ads and others).
