Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Target Specialist for a marketing agency team (Beauty niche)

Hello! We are the digital agency ArkleinMedia. Due to expansion and the launch of new projects, we are looking for an experienced and results-oriented targetologist to work with clients in the beauty sector (beauty salons, laser hair removal, cosmetology).

We are looking for a person for permanent work (project-based payment with growth potential).

What you will need to do:

Analyze competitors and develop a promotion strategy for local beauty businesses;

Create briefs for designers / independently assemble converting creatives (static/video);

Set up, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager (the main goal is leads/appointments in Direct/chatbots);

Conduct analytics, weekly and monthly reporting on key metrics (CPA, CPL, number of appointments).

Our requirements:

Mandatory experience working with the beauty sector or local services (availability of cases that can be verified);

Understanding the specifics of the niche (how to attract girls for initial procedures, which offers work);

Ability to work for results (we care about real applications and appointments, not just cheap clicks);

Responsibility and adherence to deadlines (be available during working hours).

What we offer:

Budget for one project: from 4,000 UAH / month (remote work);

Stable flow of clients (we are currently launching the first project, if we work successfully together - we will immediately pass on the next ones);

No bureaucracy or micromanagement - you are responsible for the result, we provide clients and communication.
