Managing advertising campaigns for thermal underwear

About the project

We are launching a seasonal product — thermal underwear. A ready website with a size calculator and a sales funnel with upselling is in place. KeyCRM is set up, UTM tags are configured across channels (Meta, TikTok, Google), Google Analytics is implemented.

Tasks

• Independently manage paid campaigns in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads — from setup to daily optimization.
• Test audiences and creatives, scale the budget primarily on channels with the best confirmed CAC.
• Correctly adhere to the agreed UTM tagging — do not disrupt end-to-end analytics.
• Weekly reconcile platform metrics (ROAS in the dashboard) with actual CAC/ROMI with the analyst — platform numbers alone are not the final result.
• Plan the pace and volume of the budget considering the seasonality of the product (peak demand from October).
• Season goal: ensure sales of at least 2000 units within an acceptable CAC (threshold determined together with the analyst based on the price and cost of the product).

Requirements

• Experience in independently managing paid campaigns in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads for 1–2 years, preferably in e-commerce/clothing.
• Experience in launching new products and working with seasonal demand.
• Confident knowledge of UTM tagging, understanding how to maintain end-to-end analytics.
• Experience in testing creatives and scaling the budget without a sharp decline in traffic quality.
• Willingness to report weekly and reconcile numbers with the analyst — this is not a separate, isolated job.
• This role does not involve building end-to-end analytics or calculating unit economics — this is handled by a separate analyst.

Collaboration format

• Part-time, remote — one product (size range of thermal underwear excluding children's sizes).
• Payment: fixed + preferably performance-based component (bonus for achieving CAC threshold) — discussed during the interview.
• Start: by agreement, considering the seasonality of the product (real testing possible from September).
