В данный момент перевожу магазин с ImageCMS на Opencart. Перенос всего контента, включая клиентов и заказы с сохранением всех урлов категорий, товаров и т.д. Основная причина - нет возможности реализовать нормально многоязычность. Для вашего магазина это то же основная проблема. Если с адаптивность еще можно что-то сделать, то в вопросе второго языка все не так просто.
В общем есть большой опыт в миграциях, так что пишите, проконсультирую.
