Technical Task
1.1 Monthly update of the system software of the web servers to the recommended versions;
1.2 Daily backup of the configurations of the system software of the web servers;
1.3 Daily backup of databases and software of the websites hosted on the web servers;
1.4 Daily round-the-clock automated collection of information on the operational status of the web servers;
1.5 Informing the Customer about deviations in the operation of the web servers from the normal mode;
1.6 Consulting the Customer's staff on ways to return to the normal operation mode of the web servers;
1.7 Restoring the operability of the web servers after failures and crashes;
1.8 Configuring the web servers according to the Customer's requirements;
1.9 Consulting the Customer's staff on the use of the web servers.
2. The system software of the servers includes:
2.1 Linux operating system;
2.2 Nginx web server and PHP runtime environment;
2.3 Fault-tolerant cluster of the MariaDB database management system based on Galera;
2.4 Redis data storage;
2.5 GlusterFS distributed file system.
3. Ensure round-the-clock availability of the web server except in cases of scheduled maintenance and emergency recovery work.
4. Scheduled maintenance work may be carried out on working days from 21:00 to 07:00. Additionally, scheduled maintenance work may be carried out around the clock on weekends and holidays, except for weekends and holidays that fall within the calendar period from the 25th to the 5th of each calendar month.
5. The Contractor is obliged to notify the Customer about the planned scheduled maintenance work and their duration no later than 1 day before their start.
6. Ensure the restoration of the operability of the web server in case of failures and crashes no longer than 1 day.
7. Consulting the Customer's staff on the use of the web server on working days from 08:00 to 17:00.
