Взагалі-то конструкція зрозуміла, але можна спробувати зробити це крісло розбірним на декілька пласких елементів , використовуючи стандартну меблеву фурнітуру...

1 - "описать параметры каждой детали с размерами, углами " - по тексту читается, что Вам нужно и ТЗ и КД на такие кресла, т.к. для столяра описание мало что скажет, а чертеж - все что ему необходимо.
2 - дайте более качественные фото узлов сочленения деталей. И одного снимка не ясно, то ли там шип-паз, то ли фигурная фрезеровка, то ли "по-народному: шурупами".
