I am looking for a specialist to develop a purely technical project for a facility of 40 m² (5 m width × 8 m depth) at the construction stage (there is an opportunity to design internal walls and water supply/sewerage), which must include precise dimensions of furniture and equipment, planning solutions with ergonomics and zoning, as well as an electrical scheme (outlets, power outlets, lighting, switches, air conditioners) strictly without 3D visualizations and material selection. Conceptually, this facility is at a self-service car wash, where the hall occupies 15–20 m² and contains minimal seating for 2–3 tables (for 4 people each), a coffee area (Franke or Dr.Coffee machine) and a heated display case for nuggets and pizza, which is brought from the main facility, while the rest of the area is allocated for a closed kitchen for sushi and pizza delivery (in the future).
