What exactly needs to be done:
• Development of a complete package of working drawings (demolition/installation plans, electrical, plumbing, wall elevations, complex nodes, and detailing).
• Work according to our project design standards.
Who we are looking for:
• Specialists who "live" the technical part of design and know how builders work on site.
• Experience with ArchiCAD / Revit / AutoCAD.
• Understanding of modern construction nodes and materials.
• Responsibility and adherence to deadlines (this is critically important).
