Telegram bot for a garage cooperative
The bot will keep track of the transmitted electricity readings.
The bot will operate on the principle: - I send a message to the bot from any number in the format of the garage number, the bot asks to enter the actual meter readings;
- Sent the readings;
- the bot calculates as follows: it takes the previous readings from the transmitted ones and provides in the message the difference in kilowatts multiplied by the specified tariff (the tariff for each garage must be individual), immediately a message from the bot appears that payment can be made using the following details: * Settlement account with all data *
Administration function - all transmitted or entered data (for those who have rights) allows for the possibility of exporting to an Excel table.
Table format:
1st column garage number
2nd column starting readings
3-15 columns are divided into 3 columns each in the format of previous, current, difference. (this implies 12 months)
The bot also sends to the number from which the readings were last transmitted and to the number that will be manually entered into the database, a message 2 times a month with a reminder text that readings need to be provided and payment + payment details.
Data: exporting data to Excel to work with tables and upload them monthly for backup with the entire history.
If the garage entered incorrect data, it can write, for example, - error or I correct and re-enter the readings.
The starting readings will be entered manually by the admin according to which readings have been paid.
It is important to export the history to Excel!
Mandatory function for data entry by the administrator and sending to the phone number from which the readings were last transmitted and to the number that is based as the owner.
