Need a Python Developer: Telegram Bot for Video Production Management
About the Project
I have a YouTube channel. Team: translators, voiceovers, animators, sound engineer. Currently, the entire workflow is in Airtable, but the team finds it inconvenient - I want to create a Telegram bot as an interface.
What is Needed
Telegram Bot that:
- Shows each participant their tasks (based on their role)
- Allows changing statuses via buttons
- Allows inserting links to files (Google Drive)
- Updates data in Airtable via API
- Sends notifications when new tasks appear
Admin Panel (simple web page):
- Generates invite links for user registration
- Shows who is connected to the bot
- Views active tasks
Technical Requirements
Backend:
- Python (FastAPI or Flask - your choice)
- Telegram Bot API (webhook-based)
- Airtable API integration
- Admin panel (can be very simple)
Deployment:
- Cloud service with HTTPS (Railway/Heroku/DigitalOcean - your recommendation)
- Automatic webhook update upon deployment
Airtable:
- Setting up automations (webhook on status changes)
- Integration with tables:

Fixed Price: 3000-8000 UAH (depends on approach and experience)
Bonus: +1000 UAH for quick quality results (48-72 hours)
