Straight to the point — what is important to consider:

OLX and OTOMOTO are actively fighting against parsing. OLX does not have a public API at all, and OTOMOTO occasionally changes its structure. Therefore, the stability of the parser is 50% of the project's success. It is necessary to incorporate proxy rotation, fingerprint management, captcha handling, and automatic recovery after blocks. Without this, the bot will work for a week and then fail. I understand this and will incorporate it into the architecture from the start.

How I see the implementation:

Python (aiogram 3) + PostgreSQL + Redis for queues and cache. Parsers operate as separate workers — if one site temporarily blocks, the other continues. An interval of 30–60 seconds is realistic, but for this, a pool of proxies and a smart request queue are needed to avoid detection.

FlipScore — a separate logic: we collect price history by brand/model/year/mileage, calculate the median, and compare. The more data accumulates, the more accurate the estimate. At the start, we can supplement with parsing sold listings if available.

Subscriptions — Stripe as the main option (reliable, supports recurring), Telegram Payments as an additional option. I can connect crypto, but I advise not to complicate things at the start — it can be added later easily.

Anti-duplicate — normalization by VIN as the primary key, fallback to the combination of brand+model+year+price+region for listings without VIN.

Cost and timelines:

Approximately $1500–2500 depending on the details below. The range is due to the fact that the complexity heavily depends on the requirements for anti-blocking and the depth of FlipScore analytics.
