He has the audacity to call me a racist in the 10th year of the war with the Muscovites, although it is stated in the specification that the Muscovite language is not acceptable to me. He refuses to fix bugs after the project is closed at his request. He disrespects you, your money, and your time. Takes on several projects at once, killing your time. Makes no compensations. Demands access with passwords to your server, putting you at risk, refuses to log in to the server via TeamViewer. With full assistance in setting up the server and tips on problem-solving, he has the audacity to claim that he is not allowed to work the way he wants and when it is convenient for him. The person is absolutely and completely irresponsible. Suitable for basic programming. He googles all difficult questions. Once tried to set up a server, installed several gigabytes of various codecs there, and it was useless. A seemingly simple project turned out to be beyond the capabilities of this performer. Does not read the specification, although each function is outlined with explanations, there was absolutely no dialogue during the initial development, he said he would ask questions if any arose. The specification started to be cut back at the first stage, many functions I agreed not to include here. But even that was not enough. Did not provide a testing server, although it was agreed upon. Did not manage the Facebook reposting. Did not do the detection and reaction to advertising. For every edit, he says, "It works for me." But then it turns out that it really works on the computer, but not on the phone. Each edit could take more than a week. The code is written clumsily and not entirely future-proof. For example, he didn't even think to delete old media files that clog the server with 100 GB in just a month. In short, take this performer and find yourself problems. Yes, I am meticulous in terms of work, but I do not ask anyone to work for free. On the contrary, I demand work for which I paid. This person will definitely not do the job creatively and as part of a team.

1. About the client: Viktor is absolutely not a tactful person, he allows himself to speak not quite correct words towards the client. The client allows himself racist expressions, so if you are even Ukrainian, then God forbid you speak Russian.

2. About the project: Viktor has no idea how his project should look, how something should work in it. If you start working with him, be sure that he will make 4 edits for each function. The client will not provide the opportunity to configure the server, only to install the project and if the reason is in server settings, then it's your problem. By the way, access to the server only through TeamViewer. Viktor may file a complaint that something is not working, even if it is (maybe he forgot how he wanted it to work). He also has a clear rule that if you have made the project, you must support it for the rest of your life (for free), because you developed this project.

Under no circumstances work with Viktor, because even after successfully completing the project, he will appeal that you refused to do something for free. (I received 2)
