Telegram bot

    Creation of an interactive Telegram bot for developing emotional intelligence.

    1.  Project name: “Insight bot”.

    2.  Purpose of the bot: To assist users in developing emotional intelligence through practical exercises, advice, and tracking their progress.

    3.  Target audience:

    •    Gender: any.

    •    Age: 18–75 years.

    •    Interests: self-development, psychology,  emotional intelligence,  personal growth.

Functional requirements

    1.    Access to the bot:

    •    via the command /start.

    •    Welcome message explaining what emotional intelligence is and how the bot can help in its development.

    2.    Functionality:

    •    Diagnostics: A brief test to assess the current level of emotional intelligence (for example, 10–15 questions with automatic scoring of results).

    •    Emotion diary: The ability to record emotions daily with prompts on how to analyze them.

    •    Practical exercises:

    •    Exercises to develop empathy, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and social adaptation.

    •    Categorization of exercises by categories or difficulty levels.

    •    Tip of the day: Daily message with recommendations on emotional management or an interesting fact about emotional intelligence.

    •    Progress tracking: Visualization (graphs/tables) of user development based on completed exercises and diary entries.

    3.    Interactivity:

    •    Use of Telegram buttons (Inline Keyboard) for navigation (for example, “Take the test”, “Add entry”, “Start exercise”).

    •    Sending notifications/reminders for filling out the diary or completing tasks.

    4.    Content:

    •    The bot should contain text and multimedia materials (videos, audio, images) for exercises and advice.

    •    Ability to add new materials through the admin panel.

    5.    Monetization:

    •    Basic functionality is free.

    •    Subscription for access to advanced features:

    •    Advanced exercises.

    •    Personal recommendations based on progress.

    •    Additional materials (videos, articles).

    •    Integration of payment systems.

    6.    Admin panel:

    •    Management of users and content (adding exercises, tests, statistics).

    •    Viewing usage analytics (user activity, task completion).

    7.    Multilingual support:

    •    Support for Ukrainian, Russian, and English languages with the possibility of adding others.

Design and style

    1.    Tone of communication of the bot: Friendly, supportive, motivating.

    2.    Graphics: Visually appealing content (for example, emotion icons, progress graphs).

Examples of scenarios

    1.    User launches the bot, takes the emotional intelligence level test, and receives recommendations.

    2.    Daily, the bot reminds the user to answer coaching questions, tasks, or resolve a situation simulation.

    3.    User receives a task, completes it, and sees the result in their progress.
