Сделать скрипт для телеграм бота, который будет принимать телеграм токены(ботов) от юзеров и запускать эти боты (получается юзер создает телеграм бот, дает токен нашему боту, и бот(который создан) юзера запускается, то-есть работает)
Скрипт, что будет выполнять бот юзеров есть, нужен только такой скрипт.
