Какой сервер нужен для запуска бота?
Всё зависит от того, на чём будет написан бот, можно написать как под Linux, так и под Windows сервер. Хоть под Apache, хоть под IIS, хоть вообще не использовать никакие WebServera, а для работы бота подойдёт любой Windows ПК (Сервер или Рабочая станция)
Можно ли использовать ваш сервер?

Как мы будем изменять тексты бота?
Обычно под это дело делается так называемая "админка" - страница в браузере, с полями ввода, где вы задаёте все параметры работы бота.

Если достаточно рабочей станции, то думаю, можно организовать нам самим, или для надежности на амазон серверах взять мало место и там залить?
Админ панель обязательно нужна!
