In collaboration with this freelancer there are both positive and negative moments.On the one hand, the quality of the work that was presented, of course, deserves praise.The developer identified himself as a professional of his business, carefully treating to the details and the quality of the performance of tasks.Unfortunately, the initial deadlines for the project were not fulfilled.Despite our consent to the extension of the deadline, the developer requested another 10 additional days to complete the work.After internal discussions with the team, we came to the conclusion that this option of cooperation is not suitable for us.The main reason was that due to uncertainty with terms we cannot effectively plan our marketing activities, which is critical for our business.In summary, despite the high level of freelance professionalism and its ability to perform the work quality, the impossibility of compliance with the specified deadlines substantially undermines the effectiveness of our cooperation.We thank you for the work done and hope that in the future we will be able to find more appropriate formats of interaction.
