Thumbnails for YouTube Videos - Previews for YouTube Videos

We need a person with experience in creating previews specifically for YouTube videos. Ideally for the USA/Canada/UK.
Examples of channels for which thumbnails need to be created:

Thumbnails for reference are attached, but we will need more ideas from you.
For each new video, we will need to create three different thumbnails, which we will then send for testing to see which one works best.
For each existing video, we will need 2 thumbnails, which we will add to the existing preview and also check through A/B testing to see which one works better.
From our side, we will provide the following:
1) theme
2) what we want +/- in terms of colors
3) text for the thumbnail, approximate or specific
4) a general description of how we envision the thumbnail (which elements should be present).
In this project, we will create a total of 15 previews. Approximately for 5-7 videos.
If everything is okay, we will proceed with the next 15-20 as there are many existing videos and those that are "coming up".
