Tik-Tok & Short-Form Video Assistant (remote, Kazakhstan)

About the company:
 Miko is a creative agency specializing in creating quality content and developing brands in the gambling industry. We help clients increase market recognition and achieve results through effective strategies, including copywriting, visual content, video production for social networks, and PR. Our clients include Karabas, Cryptology, The Dvizh. We are currently expanding our team.

Location: Only candidates located in Kazakhstan (important due to geo-targeting)
Format: Part-time, long-term cooperation

Responsibilities:

• Publishing finished videos on TikTok (all materials provided: videos, captions, hashtags)

• Working on a simple posting schedule (1–3 posts per day)

• Editing short videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) in CapCut or VN

• Using current trends, transitions, effects

• Communicating with the project manager and timely submission of tasks
  
  

Requirements:

• Living in Kazakhstan

• Experience with CapCut or VN

• Basic understanding of short video platforms and Instagram

• Reliability, structure, meeting deadlines

• Flexibility and adaptation to trends

• Smartphone and stable internet connection
  
  

Payment:
 Weekly payments depending on reach:

• Up to 500,000 views per week — $20

• 500,000–999,000 — $70 ($20 rate + $50 bonus)

• Over 1 million — $100 ($20 rate + $80 bonus)
