Traffic Arbitrage Creative Director

Currently, we are looking for a creative director who will be responsible for ad creation process from start to finish focused on optimizing ads to drive profitability and performance.
This position will require minimum of 5+ years of video ad creation experience and minimum of 2+ years of creative team management experience.
Creative Strategy Development
- Research and identify current trends in performance-driven video ads for similar affiliate products.
- Develop a comprehensive creative strategy tailored to the specific goals of each campaign.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in VSL (Video Sales Letter) and UGC (User-Generated Content) formats.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors' ads and strategies.
- Utilize tools and platforms to spy on successful campaigns within the same niche.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify key factors contributing to high-performing ads.
Scriptwriting and Script Enhancement
- Create engaging and persuasive scripts for video ads using our strategy.
- Rewrite and optimize existing scripts to improve performance.
- Hire and coach copywriters to ensure scripts are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
Video Production and Content Creation
- Record unique footage for video ads, ensuring high-quality visuals.
- Download and repurpose videos from YouTube and other platforms for our ads.
- Use creative techniques to avoid demonetization by Meta due to stock footage.
Video Editing and Post-Production
- Edit video content, creating and adding voiceovers and subtitles as per the VSL outline.
- Ensure videos are optimized for engagement and conversions on social media platforms.
- Create and split-test intriguing angles and B-roll in order to stop user from scrolling and engage in watching the ad.
Team Recruitment and Management
- Identify and recruit additional team members as the workload increases.
- Create a structure to effectively track performance of each ad, angles, B-Rolls, scripts and other elements to analyze and improve whats working.
- Train, grow and manage a team of video editors, scriptwriters, and other creative professionals.
- Create KPIs for aforementioned team members and track reports.
- Efficiently manage team and production budget.
- Collaborate and communicate with media buyers on performing ad creatives.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Research and implement AI tools and automation to streamline productivity.
- Effectively communicate with upper managements and attend weekly meetings.
