Transcription from PDF into Word doc

I would like a typist to transcribe the highlighted content in the PDF into a Word doc. I completed a sample so you can see the expectation and deliverable. Samples from the highlighted text is attached and the resulting Word doc.

You will transcribe only the highlighted words/portions. If the highlight goes vertical down a paragraph, it means to type in the entire paragraph.

I will share the full PDF with the freelancer that's awarded the job. The PDF to be completed has about 93 pages. Please follow the formatting so that I don't have to do a lot of clean-up work.
