Good day. Implementation is possible on opencart or wordpress of your choice. I am currently available and ready to start. Some elements are missing in the layout, such as closing the menu, but it is not critical, we will coordinate and complete it in the process.
In terms of performance, opencart is better, and the admin panel for managing products and orders is more convenient with opencart. In general, it is more stable and easier to improve / develop the store in the future.
Wordpress - development is slightly faster, easier, and cheaper to find a specialist for modifications. It falls short in everything else.
The price is the same for any option, I work with both opencart and wordpress. I suggest opencart.
