I have a website on ocStore 2.3 with the installed template Revolution v5.5.1. There is a problem with sending emails from the quick order modules (and pre-order):
! Problem:
When placing a quick order, emails are sent from the address
localhost localhost.com, although the site settings specify SMTP Gmail (.......).Because of this:
emails do not reach clients,
and I receive notifications about undelivered emails.
Sometimes emails arrive 2–3 times (possibly due to duplicate sending in multiple places).
✅ What needs to be done:
Find where exactly in the template the emails are sent (most likely in
model/revolution/revolution.php).Configure so that:
emails are sent via SMTP, as specified in the store settings (
$this -> config-> get ('config_mail_protocol'),config_emailetc.),exclude any mentions of
localhost localhost.com,ensure that the email is sent once (without duplicates) and the client receives it.
Perform a test and demonstrate that the email is sent correctly.
If needed — I can provide FTP access and all necessary template files.

Preliminarily, I see that the problem may indeed be related to the fact that the quick order module uses its own email sending mechanism and ignores the global SMTP settings from the admin panel ($this->config->get('config_mail_protocol'), config_mail_parameter, config_smtp_host, etc.).
