A comprehensive OSINT analysis (open-source intelligence) of specific accounts/channels on Telegram is required.
What needs to be done:
Relationship analysis: Identifying hidden connections between accounts, channel administrators, and groups.
Digital footprint search: Collecting archival data, history of nickname/description changes, intersections in databases.
Message verification: Analyzing activity in public chats, deleted/edited posts (if available in the cache of bots/parsers).
Identification: Searching for associated phone numbers, emails, usernames in other social networks and services.
Requirements for the performer:
Availability of their own up-to-date software/scripts for parsing and analyzing Telegram (standard public bots like "God's Eye" will not be sufficient for in-depth analysis).
Understanding of de-anonymization methods and working with metadata.
Ability to visualize connections (graph diagrams in Maltego or similar tools) and provide a structured report.
Adherence to confidentiality.
