Good day, this is implemented through the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Required: Meta Business Account, a separate phone number, message texts (they go through Meta moderation as templates), and a list of recipient numbers that have consented to the mailing. The mailing is paid — Meta charges for each message. I do not offer unofficial methods without API — they lead to the banning of the number. Technically, the script itself is trivial: a loop over the list of numbers and a POST request. The main work in the project is setting up accounts, templates, and limits, not coding.

The official WhatsApp Business API (through Meta or providers like 360dialog, Twilio) is the most stable solution without the risk of account banning.
