I am looking for a developer who can create a script in Python and a Telegram bot for automatically tracking the appearance of new apartments on the platform immomio.com, including those that are not yet displayed in the public output but are already active via direct links.

https://tenant.immomio.com/apply/<ID>
— long before they appear in the search on Immomio, Immowelt, or other aggregators.
The goal is to find these active links as early as possible and automatically send them to Telegram.

🔧 What needs to be implemented
1. Python script
The script should be able to:
• check IDs by iterating or using another method according to the pattern /apply/<ID>,
• determine if the link is active (based on HTTP responses and page content),
• upon discovering a new working link — send it to Telegram,
• support scanning interval settings,
• keep a log or archive of found links (to avoid duplicates).
2. Telegram bot
The bot should:
• receive and forward found active links,
• send notifications in personal messages or to a specified channel,
• work stably and without delays.
