Development of a small smart contract is required.
There will be a donation platform, a person who wants to donate can send any coin in the Ethereum network, the smart contract will pay for gas. (I will fund the smart contract that will handle the gas payment)
A small website with a minimal interface is also needed, where a person can connect their wallet and make a transaction.
In total, a person goes to the website, connects their wallet and for example sends 20usdt, while they may not have Ether in their account to pay for gas, a third party visible to the smart contract pays for gas, and the recipient is a separate wallet.
