In total, a person goes to the website, connects their wallet and, for example, sends 20usdt, while they may not have Ethereum in their account to pay for gas, a third party sees the smart contract paying for gas, and the recipient is a separate wallet.

Будет донат платформа , человек который захочет задонатить может отправить любую монету в сети эфириум , смарт контракт будет оплачивать газ .(я пополняю смарт контракт который будет выполнять оплату газа)
Также нужен небольшой сайт с минимальным интерфейсом , где человек сможет подключить свой кошелек и выполнить транзакцию .
Итого , человек переходит на сайт , подключает кошелек и например отправляет 20usdt , приэтом он может не иметь на счету ефир для оплату газа , третья сторона види смарт котракта оплачивает газ , и получатель отдельный кошелек.
Видел уже наполовину готовое решение которое явно поможет в конечном результате на opengsn.org
