Need urgent assistance with OTRS (Debian 7.11) - authorization settings

Details: The task was quite complicated, the documentation was not completely. Vasilius with full responsibility approached the execution of the order. Despite the non-standard configuration of the server, Vasily was able to find the cause of the problem and remove it, easily removing a few not so important but annoying errors and issued recommendations for further server administration.

Очень было хорошо работать с Юрием, дал четкое задание и предоставил всю информацию по доп. вопросам, всегда был на связи и предоставлял помощь которая была нужна для выполнения. После начала работы было понятно что заказчик порядочный, оплату перевел моментально после окончания проекта. В порядочности Юрия не нужно сомневаться, работа с таким родом заказчиков - одно удовольствие.
