We are looking for an experienced video editor for long-term collaboration on the development of a YouTube channel.
The job involves reworking streams into dynamic video formats (Long-form and cutting shorts/reels).
Key responsibilities:
1. Editing main videos (15-25 minutes)
2. Analyzing the source material (±1.5 hours) and selecting the most interesting and valuable fragments.
3. Creating a dynamic narrative structure.
4. Integrating visual elements: stylized subtitles, graphics (arrows, emojis), zooms, transitions.
5. Editing to music, working with rhythm.
6. Creating an engaging introduction (hook).
7. Cutting ~10 vertical shorts/reels from each main video.
8. We are looking for an editor who does NOT create boring content
Editing style requirements:
✅ Dynamics: High event density, absence of pauses and "water".
✅ Humor: Appropriate use of relevant American!!! memes and sound effects to enhance the comedic effect.
✅ Engagement: Application of techniques to maintain audience attention throughout the video.
Candidate requirements:
✅ No specific requirements. The most important thing is quality and results
Conditions:
✅ 1. Flexible deadlines
✅ 2. Volume: 4–5 videos per month at the start, with the prospect of our growth to 8–10 in 2-3 months.
Payment:
Fixed rate per video + package of 10 shorts.
Payment level is discussed after the interview.
