Honestly, I am upset with the contractor's attitude towards work over the past month - the decline in applications continued, I asked what to do, the contractor replied that the reason was that we have a website with an outdated design. But on some days I just insisted on increasing the cost per click (although I am by no means a Google Ads setup specialist); and after that, applications started coming in, activity resumed. It is very disappointing due to such an attitude, especially since we have been collaborating for 1.5 years. Before that, I experienced a lot of stress - I thought about giving up the office lease, sold the furniture, informed all the specialists, and it turned out that all of this could have been avoided... I am writing as it is, not exaggerating anything.
