Block: "Leave a Request"
Main Goal:
Reduce the number of spam requests, make the form more user-friendly, and ensure correct data display in the admin panel.
Subtasks:
1. Replacement of the text field "Description of your device's problem":
Remove the existing text field "Description of your device's problem".
Add a block with a mandatory selection of one option (radio-buttons):
"Contact me by phone"
"Contact me on Telegram"
"Contact me on Viber"
If the user has not selected any option, the form should not be submitted (mandatory field).
In the admin panel, in the "Leads" section, the option selected by the user should be displayed in the "Description of the problem" column as text.
2. Improvement of the phone number field:
The field should automatically contain the code of Ukraine +380 (by default).
The user enters only the remaining 9 digits.
Phone number validation:
The number must start with +380.
After the country code, there must be exactly 9 digits.
Only digits are accepted.
Optionally: check the first two digits after the code for validity for Ukrainian operators: 50, 63, 66, 67, 68, 73, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99.
If the number does not match the format, the form is not submitted and an error message is displayed.
3. Adding a captcha:
After clicking the "Send" button, a captcha (Google reCAPTCHA v2/v3 or similar) should appear.
Without passing the captcha, the request should not be submitted.
The captcha should be integrated in such a way as not to slow down the page loading speed.
4. Additionally:
All changes should be responsive (work correctly on mobile devices).
Check the correct display of data in the admin panel for all cases: selected contact method, phone number, and captcha.
