UI/UX designer for B2B SaaS platform

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer for long-term collaboration who will help develop our SaaS web application. There is already a UI kit, a basic component library, and a color scheme — it needs to be maintained, expanded, and systematically developed.

What is important for us:

• Working directly with the designer - thank you to all intermediaries.

• clear understanding of visual logic and consistent adherence to it across all screens and elements;

• attention to detail;

• ability to create simple, understandable, and stylish interfaces;

• good taste in working with colors, icons, and images;

• “awareness” of modern interfaces — the product is actively being developed, so new screens need to be created regularly;

• order in Figma: reusable components, logical structure, labeled and grouped elements;

• willingness to attend meetings to discuss solutions, feedback, and ideas;

• transparent communication: clearly indicate what exactly you are showing — concept, high-fidelity mockup, or a screen ready for development.

It would be a plus:

• experience working with products that have analytics;

• experience in visualizing metrics, graphs, and other indicators.

• knowledge of the English language.

• Availability of a sole proprietorship of group 2 or 3

Collaboration format:

• we work in Figma, communicate through comments in the file and screen recording (Loom or similar);

• we consider both hourly payment and payment per screens / blocks of work;

• long-term collaboration, but without a guarantee of constant workload;

• in the future, a transition to part-time employment (20–40 hours per month) is possible.
