In short about the project. It is divided into two parts:
1 part . The bot in which I can activate a subscription where people can be spheres (categories) and get jobs only in selected spheres
2 part . Parser that collects vacancies from channels and groups into telegrams by keywords that are gathered into one group where you can select categories so that vacancies are sent to the required spheres for those who have a subscription
In short, about the task:
You need to make a car rider. That is, I would not manually select categories and send, and in each category there were white and black lists, by key words, with which after parsing the bot will be able to sort the vacancies, understanding by what key words to which spheres they should be sent.
