Universal block "Basic recipe" in the hub

I ordered Anatoliy to refine the website structure and hub pages.

The task was non-trivial: custom templates, integration with WP Recipe Maker, correct content output + schema for SEO.

Result:
— everything was implemented technically correctly
— schema (ItemList + Recipe) was done correctly
— the page structure corresponds to SEO logic
— the code and approach are without "hacks"
