1) Almost all tasks related to the ordering page can be solved using the built-in features in WooCommerce
2) Email templates can also be quite easy to change, as WooCommerce has built-in hookes for this
On the line (changing certain texts) also I don’t see anything difficult, it’s enough to fix the template files a little bit.
It requires access to FTP and admin. Work for 2-3 hours, no more.
