The available system: It checks projects over a necessary time interval (1-5-60 minutes, etc.). It bypasses Upwork systems for project parsing through scraping, sends projects that meet the requirements to Telegram. It stores all projects in a Google Sheets database (can be Notion, Airtable).

The system is built on the basis of n8n.
