User Acquisition Manager for Mobile App (Meta, TikTok Ads)
We are launching a mobile application on iOS/Android with a freemium model (free + paid subscription). Target audience: 18-55 years old, USA. Goal: rapid growth of the paying user base.
What needs to be done:
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads
- Test a large number of different creative options
- Optimize for subscription growth and revenue, not just installs
- Set up proper conversion tracking (in-app events)
- Scale working combinations from $20/day to $500/day
- Regular reporting on performance
Main tasks:
- Campaign setup: audiences, placements, bidding strategies
- A/B testing: creatives, texts, audiences, placements
- Optimization for events: install → subscription purchase
- Analyze the effectiveness of creatives and provide feedback
- Apply best practices for each platform (Reels, Stories, TikTok)
Requirements:
✓ Successful experience in scaling mobile applications through targeting
✓ Experience with subscription applications (dating, lifestyle, social)
✓ Experience with SensorTower/AppMagic, AdHeart/BigSpy or other competitor analysis systems
✓ Experience in building automation (creative generation, campaign launch, optimization)
✓ Experience with unconventional creatives and approaches
