Да здесь работы максимум на час, с постоянным перекурами, для опытного человека. уже после включения сжатия и кеша оценка подскочит до 30-40+. Или 1000 грн за час не комильфо для Вас?

Так сейчас даже в желтую зону не выведен сайт по google pagespeed. Причем не сделаны даже элементарные вещи (например замена неоптимизированных картинок). А в задаче 85... Ну да ладно, если заказчика устраивает результат, значит так нужно. ))

Да по ТЗ задача не решена - но сайт построен на 100500 плагинах и я не вижу легкого пути поднять пейдж спид
В то же время скорость загрузки сайта выросла в 3 раза - и это меня устраивает!
