Technical assignment: Installation and configuration of Dolibarr ERP/CRM

Project goal:

To install and configure Dolibarr ERP/CRM for a business related to the sale of services and goods, including complex order assembly, working with multiple suppliers, and shipping to the client in several deliveries. It is also required to manage advance and final invoices, and the ability to operate on behalf of multiple companies.

Requirements:

1. Installation:

• Install the latest stable version of Dolibarr on hosting or VPS (specify the cost if assistance with hosting is needed).

• Configure SSL, email sending, backup.

2. Core modules:

• Commercial offers and customer orders

• Invoices (advance and final)

• Inventory accounting

• Suppliers and purchase orders

• Projects and tasks (optional, if integration with execution processes is required)

• Support for multiple legal entities (multi-company / multi-entity)

• Financial accounting: income/expenditure

3. Implementation features:

• The ability to assemble orders from multiple items, including goods from different suppliers.

• Support for partial deliveries — one order can be fulfilled partially, taking into account different delivery times.

• Automatic or manual generation of supplier orders for the necessary items.

• Flexible invoice generation:

  
  

  • advance invoice (prepayment),

  • final invoice (balance),

  • the ability to issue them manually or by template.

• The ability to operate on behalf of multiple companies (for example, LLC “Company 1” and SIA “Company 2”), with separate series of invoices, logos, and signatures.

4. Access and roles:

• Role configuration: admin, manager, accountant.

• The ability to connect a remote accountant with only finance and reporting rights.

Additionally:

• It is preferable to describe which modules/add-ons (including external ones) you plan to use (for example, MultiCompany, Supplier Orders Auto, Partial Delivery, etc.).

• Integration with an online store (in the future) is possible — it would be a plus if you indicate your readiness to implement such integration.

• A documentation / short video on using the configured system is needed (optional, but preferable).

Deadlines:

• Preliminary installation and launch — within 5–7 days after agreement.

• Full configuration and testing — up to 14 days.
