🧩 Scope of Work

🔍 1. UX analysis and audit of the current website

• Analysis of data from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics systems

• Identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel: exit points, UX weaknesses

• Formulating hypotheses for improving conversion

👥 2. UX research

• Conducting interviews with:

  • the client team

  • existing and potential customers

• Building user flows for different target audience segments

• Formulating and testing hypotheses to improve interaction

🎨 3. Development of UX/UI website design mockups

• Creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups (Figma)

• Incorporating audit and research results

• Defining:

  • UI components (buttons, forms, icons, etc.)

  • color palette

  • typography

  • states styles (hover, active, disabled)

• Building a scalable system for website growth
