The legal agency "Mobilization Protection" specializes in legal support and assistance to clients on mobilization issues. Currently, we are expanding our direction and looking for a recruiter/HR partner to collaborate with clients who need work with the possibility of booking.
🛠Your tasks:
▶️ writing and adjusting resumes according to client needs;
▶️ preparing clients for interviews (briefing, interview simulations);
▶️ searching for job vacancies according to client skills;
▶️ organizing and scheduling clients for interviews;
▶️ supporting the candidate throughout the employment process;
▶️ forming real agreements regarding interviews/bookings;
▶️ interacting with our legal team (support through the TCK line).
📢Requirements:
🔹 experience in HR or recruiting (freelance or agency);
🔹 ability to work independently and take responsibility for results;
🔹 organization and communication skills.
🔥We offer:
▶️ a stable flow of clients from the agency;
▶️ during the probation period — fixed payment for each client;
▶️ after the probation period — rate + percentage from successful employment;
▶️ average income of $800 per month (≈ 30,000 UAH)
